Award Completion
Tiwahe individual awards reward those who show enthusiasm and dedication in supporting the lodge's important work.
Print and complete the application for the desired award, and submit it to your chapter. All applications are turned in to the lodge at the end of the year, and are distributed at chapter meetings after the year's lodge banquet.
CAMP PROMOTIONS AWARD
Arrowmen can earn this award by becoming a trained member of a camp promotions team and conducting thorough camp promotions in coordination with troops. Scouts must be able to explain details such as the different camping opportunities in the council, fundraising options, and camping resources for units.
CEREMONIAL AWARD
Members of lodge-approved ceremony teams must spend hours perfecting their movements and memorizing their scripts. In return for creating a memorable experience for their audience, they may earn this simple yet desirable award.
CROSSOVER CEREMONY AWARD
When an Arrowmen shows dedication in making sure a Cub Scout's crossover to the Boy Scouts is done well, it shows true cheerful service. This is a simple award to receive while making many Cub Scouts smile on their Crossover Ceremony.
DANCER AWARD
When an Arrowmen shows dedication in the study and work of Native American Indian traditions, costuming, and dance.
DRUMMER AWARD
When an Arrowmen shows dedication in the study and playing of Native American drums and songs.
ELANGOMAT AWARD
When you were a candidate at your Ordeal, you had an Arrowmen who was your friend, your Elangomat. You can pass on their kindness by serving as an Elangomat yourself, and if you complete the necessary tasks, including helping one of them get to Brotherhood, you can earn this award.
ELECTION TEAM AWARD
Effective election teams hold organized, informative elections that create desire for scouts to join the Order of the Arrow. To receive this award you must be an active member of a team of 2-4 Arrowmen, involved in planning at least two elections and moderating at least five.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICE AWARD
Arrowmen can attain this award upon giving 40 hours of service to the Council. You must value and exemplify the spirit of Cheerful Service.
WULAMOEN AWARD
This award recognizes active Arrowmen who display their enthusiasm and commitment to the Order by attending at least 75% of the year's chapter meetings and lodge events.
