The Silver Beaver is awarded to those exceptional volunteers who have shown distinguished service to youth and adult volunteers within Scouting and the com-munity. Family, Scouters, friends and supporters of these individuals and the Scouting program as a whole are invited to attend this evening of fellowship.
In addition to our salute to Scouting volunteers, we will conduct the Annual Business Meeting of the San Diego-Imperial Council.
